Input Forms: We've added a new template to the family this last month! This is the Input Form Template, where users with specific permissions will be able to add, edit and/or remove rows from resource tables.
Goals: We recently added goals - which gives the user the ability to scale themselves across the group to compare and see their progress and current rank on certain analytical resources.
API Crud Updates: Significant updates were made to our crud controller to enhance functionality and communication between front and back end.
Updated Endpoints Table: Updates we're made to multiple queries in our Endpoints table for future use case and for enhancement to our commented filters strategy.
Media Uploads: We are working on the ability for users to upload most media types to their comment/update. This includes anything from a jpeg, png, csv, pdf, etc.
Date Filtering on Dashboard: We set up date filtering a couple of months ago, but now that dashboard widgets are ready to go, we are now adding date filtering to the user's customizable dashboard! Just like in any resource, a dropdown will appear when clicked and the values within the widgets will update depending on which date filter is selected.

1 Website Audit
Dashboard Widgets: We've added widgets on the user's dashboard where they can customize multiple resources on their dashboard by adding and removing them directly from a modal. These widgets display summary stats so a user can get a quick glance on where they are without having to navigate directly to the report to see their stats. This also allows quick access directly to the report they are viewing!
App Settings: App Settings allows for admin users to adjust multiple things - manage account types, resources, and templates. Within the Account Types, a user will be able to edit an existing account type as well as adding a new one, making this all adjustable for users using the application.
There are a lot more updates we've done on the back end of things that we can't show, but we're continuously working on and improving data to ensure accuracy and speed increases for a better user experience.
New site is now live! We've moved Truck & Trailer from WordPress to Shopify, allowing for a much better design, user experience, and online shopping!

This month, we've been able to add 12 new reports! These reports are pulling in and displaying data for multiple resources - for accounting & analytics. We are still fine tuning somethings here and there to ensure data is 100% correct, but with the logic there to grab and display the data, this means we will be able to get more reports up and running quicker than ever!
We've fixed some bugs related to filtering in specific resources. These have been squashed!
Cleaned up some current code and future approaches in regards to templating.
Finished date filtering! Now, you can filter down data within resources to get data within a certain time frame easier than ever.
Updates to the primary navigation to see and navigate through reports more efficiently.
Importing inventory feeds from all dealers
Design updates
Updating navigation items: Consolidating navigation links to remove unwanted/unused links to make it easier to read
Cleaned up multiple pages to be more aesthetically pleasing for the visitor
Updates to 3rd party integrations to match the branding and aesthetic of the website.
Changed the domain name to be thinkcaring.org (youngcaringforouryoung.org as a forwarder)

We've had a great month here in development, tackling a lot of different requests and projects on our radar. Not much to see, but lots to tell!
Oz Dealer Tools:
Our biggest priority this month in Oz Dealer Tools was to get a filter functionality in place for all available resources. This allows users to filter down their reports to view specific locations in the system making it easier to view specific analytics and date ranges across the group:
This is not a final product as this is still undergoing production and staging procedures. That said, there will be multiple different filtering options to break down data to your specific needs.

This month has been a great kick off to the new year! We've got lots of new things lined up for the coming months with a ton of new projects in the works:
Oz Dealer Tools (aka the YAG Reports rebuild!)
The new YAG data warehouse is up and running and we have local and staging environments set up for the tool. Development is ramping up!
Toyota/Automotive parts site
Express Wash site
Oz Marketing site revamp
Wasatch Overland site
Healing Exercise site
Resume Center updates
Server resource management is always top of our mind as this is one aspect of web development that can get expensive, especially for our clients. We were successfully able to bring the resource utilization on one of our servers down by 30% this month!
Audi of Layton and Young Volkswagen of Layton are now part of Fiercely Loyal Following
Websites and their data come with a lot of work maintenance and management work. We're constantly managing requests for site updates, bug fixes, questions and troubleshooting, integrations between our tools and other third-party sources and more. Here are a few highlights from January:
9 site bugs squashed!
25 site management requests completed for Young Automotive Group sites
3 site management requests for Utah PGA
19 Young Automotive Group account management requests completed
30 data pull and report generation requests completed for the Young Automotive Group including Sales DOR update, Projections update, Big Rocks update, Lost Souls and FLF monthly data
26 domains renewed/managed for all clients
1 website audit request completed
Website Forms: We added the Play now, Pay later campaign imagery on the sites - directing visitors to a lead form that allows the visitor selected their preferred location to schedule a service or request more info for parts orders.
Commenting! We've created a new approach to commenting within resources which includes a new sidebar that displays a chat log! Just like SMS texting, you can see your messages in blue and other coworkers messages in gray, making things easier than ever to read. This is still in the works, and will later down the road have more functionality! Some include filtering down comments, teams, dealers, etc!
2. Quick Links! Yes - this feature is exactly as it sounds. This new, awesome feature we're implementing are customizable links any user can add within their dashboard for easy access to whichever tool or report you need. It's literally as easy as 1-2-3!
