Caching is the process that browsers use to store some information about a web page so that it can load more quickly the next time the page is accessed. Sometimes this can lead to issues where a website might have been updated, but the browser is still trying to use bits from the old version. Clearing the cache can solve a lot of issues you may run into with online tools.
Instructions for clearing cache and cookies in browsers such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Safari have not been included here as using these browsers can cause inherent problems that these methods can't fix. We strongly encourage everyone to use a modern browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
