Common questions about the PGA Digital Golf Pass

Q: I just bought my pass - how do I access the discounts?

A: It depends on how you purchased your pass:

1. If you purchased your pass directly from the PGA site and used your credit card to start the account, then you can sign in with the email and password you created at that time.

2. If you purchased your pass from a third party retailer or if you purchased the traditional, physical pass, you will be getting a booklet in the mail with the code to enter to sign up for the digital pass.

Q: What are my login details and password?

A: First, ensure that you have registered your account with your email address. If you have not done so yet, please go to https://utahpgagolfpass.com and register your email address.

If you have already registered your email address but do not remember your password, please go to https://utahpgagolfpass.com/ and select the "Forgot Password?" option.

Q: Do you have an app?

A: At this time, there is not a mobile app option available. However, you can access the digital pass through your mobile phone using your phone's mobile browser.

Q: I just accidentally purchased the digital pass, but I want the physical book. Can you send me one?

A: In order to get the physical book, you will need to purchase one through the Utah PGA website (https://utahpga.com/2022-golf-pass/). You can then ask for a refund for the digital version.

Otherwise, you may find that the digital pass has a lot to offer. It is fully accessible on your mobile phone, so there is no physical book to have to keep track of. In addition to that, by redeeming the golf pass offers through the digital pass, you will have the option of earning free swag and even participating in the Utah PGA Digital Golf Pass Leaderboard.

If you are concerned about not being able to access the pass because of poor cell service, you can always load up the offer that you would like to use prior to arriving at the golf course. Many golf courses also have free guest Wi-Fi available. Be sure to check with each golf course you visit to see if this is an option.

Q: Where can I find my free rounds of golf?

A: There are two ways:

1. Using the filter option, filter out everything but the "Free Green Fees", which will allow you to see only the options with the free rounds of golf.

2. Look at the offers of each golf course. Below the golf course, there is a + option. By clicking the + option, you can open a drop down to show more offers and find which courses offer free rounds of golf.
