How to Renew Existing Offers for Future Golf Pass Years

Often times, golf courses will use the same offers for the Golf Pass for multiple years. As such, it would be a pain to have to create the same offer over and over again for future Golf Passes. Thankfully, there's a simple process that allows admins to renew existing offers for the upcoming Golf Pass year.

Overview

To begin, simply find the offer you want to renew in the Offers section of the Admin Dashboard and click View on the right hand side. This will show you all the details for that offer, as well as showing buttons for changing the offer, removing it, and renewing the offer for the coming year.

Since renewal is a time-sensitive task, the option to a renew an offer using the Admin Dashboard is only available between September 15th and October 31st. For example, in order to renew a 2020 offer for the 2021 Golf Pass, it must be done between September 15th, 2020 and October 31st, 2020.

To renew the offer, simply click the Renew for 20xx button in the upper right.

And you're done! This will create an exact copy of that offer for the next year's Golf Pass.

Pro Tip: As long as you're doing it within the renewal window, you can renew an offer from any prior year for the upcoming pass. For example, you can renew a 2019 offer for the 2021 Pass, even if it wasn't part of the 2020 Pass.
