YAG Reports is a data aggregation reporting application and tool suite built exclusively for the Young Automotive Group. The site includes dozens of financial and performance-related reports and tools to manage day-to-day operations.

The migration from YAG Reports Version 1 to YAG Reports Version 2 is now underway.

How do I login to YAG Reports Version 2?

Please follow the steps outlined in the Getting Started section of the YAG Reports Version 2 documentation.

Will my login to YAG Reports Version 1 still work?

Yes, your login to YAG Reports Version 1 will remain intact for now. We are working towards a full deprecation of Version 1, but you will be notified in advance of this.

I am experiencing an issue in YAG Reports Version 1 - what should I do?

There are many different things that could cause an error to occur. Please try refreshing your browser to see if this clears the issue.

Otherwise, please submit a Support Request to our Help Desk or email us at help@ozmktg.com with the following information:

  1. Your first and last name

  2. Your store

  3. Your email address

  4. Exact steps taken to produce the error

  5. Screenshots of the error

  6. The device (computer, phone, etc.) you are using

  7. The browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc)

  8. The time the error occurred

  9. Any information about troubleshooting you may have already done
