YAG Reports is, as its name suggests, all about the reports. These reports, and the tools used to generate and manage these reports, form the foundation of YAG Reports. There is a lot of really exciting data to discover, so let's get started with the basics!
Before you can login to YAG Reports Version 2, a new account will need to be created for you. All users of the tools will be added by the management teams of their stores. Once an account has been created for you, a welcome email will be sent to your email inbox. Reach out to your manager in charge of creating user accounts if you do not see this welcome email.
In your welcome email, you will be prompted to update your password. Follow the link in the email to the password reset page. Fill in the form with a secure password and be sure to save your password in a secure location. Once you have reset your password, you will now be able to login to YAG Reports Version 2.
When you login for the first time, you will be required to configure 2-Factor Authentication before proceeding to any other part of the tool.
You can set up the 2-Factor Authentication with your 2FA app of your choice. Here are some suggested ones to get you started:
Microsoft Authenticator: For Microsoft accounts and other services that support TOTP, Microsoft Authenticator provides a convenient option for users.
Google Authenticator: Available on iOS and Android, Google Authenticator generates TOTP codes for 2FA. It's widely used and known for its simplicity.
Authy: another popular TOTP-based authenticator app with additional features like cloud backup and multi-device synchronization.
LastPass Authenticator: LastPass users can benefit from LastPass Authenticator, which offers TOTP support and easy integration with the LastPass password manager.
After configuring your 2-FA app with YAG Reports Version 2, you will be given a list of recovery codes that you can use in the case that you don't have access to your 2-FA app. Please copy these codes and save them in a secure and memorable location. They will not be shown again once you navigate away from the page.
