  • Make sure to fill out if it is personal or generic

  • needs to be 4 UP

  • Goes on 12x18

  • Accent 100 paper

Business cards

  • Goes on 12x18 glossy

  • Needs to be 18 UP

Flyers

  • Goes on Endurance 80

  • Needs to be 1 UP

Service Check list (MPI)

  • Goes on NCR paper

  • Size is 8 1/2 x 11

Managing Jobs

Manage Jobs allows you to see every job that has ever been done. This can be a lot of data so we have added a search function at the top of the page to allow you to search for keywords to narrow down the amount of data present. There is also an option to sort by clicking on the arrows next to the column title. It will allow you to sort either A-Z or Z-A based on what is in the column.

You can also click on a job and a detail description window will slide out to show you more information on that job and allow you to mark it as billed, or edit the job.

Purchase Orders (POs)

This page allows you to create a purchase order for a client. Simply select the company you want to create it for and then type in what the Purchase order is for and click Generate. It will generate an automatic Purchase Order, show the company name, what it is for that you typed in and what day it was added on and who added it.

Companies

This page will list out all of the current companies that you work with. There is a button in the top right hand corner that allows you add new companies. As well as a search function that allows you to search for a specific company name rather than having to search page by page.
