To begin managing paper and their corresponding prices, navigate to the Manage Pricing page.
On the left-hand side navigation sidebar, click the Prices dropdown, then click "Manage Pricing".
This will take you Manage Paper and Pricing page where you will see a list of all the paper types with their prices listed out in a table.
You can add a new paper type and pricing by clicking on the "Add New Paper" button in the top right-hand corner of the Manage Paper and Pricing page.
This will take you to a form where you can fill in the paper's name, size, Print & Main cost values (P&M cost), Customer cost values, and cut fee value. All values are required.
Once you add a paper type, it will then become an option available on the Add Job and Edit Job forms.
To update the values on an already existing paper type, navigate to the Manage Paper and Pricing page and find the paper type you would like to edit in the table. Click on it to open the information panel on the right-hand side. From here, you can click the "Edit" button.
This will take you to a form where you will be able to change any of the values for that paper type.
To archive a paper type, navigate to the Manage Paper and Pricing page and find the paper type you would like to archive in the table. Click on it to open the information panel on the right-hand side. From here, you can click the "Archive" button.
Archiving a paper type will remove it as an option on the Add Job and Edit job forms.
You can always restore an archived paper type by toggling the "Active Paper" toggle above the table on the Manage Paper and Pricing page. When toggled to "Archived Paper" you will be able to view the list of all archived paper types. Simply click on the one you would like to unarchive to open the information panel on the right-hand side. From here, you can click on the "Restore" button to restore the paper type to active status.
You can access an Excel-like page for editing all paper types and their prices in bulk by navigating to "Edit All Paper" page.
From here, you can update any paper types size, name, pricing for both Print & Main and for customers as well as the cut fee. You can also archive any of the paper types in the table.
Be sure to save your changes before leaving this page. Also note that all saved changes will be available immediately in the Job Form.
