Getting Started for Bakcou Adminstration Teams

Your Bakcou Dealer Portal account will be created by a member of the Bakcou administration teams. Once your account is created, you will receive an email notification welcoming you to the app and giving you more instructions on what to do next.
As per the instructions in the email, go ahead and follow the steps to reset your password. Once your password is reset, you will be ready to log into the app.
As part of the Bakcou administration teams, your account will be one of two types: either Bakcou Admin (super-admin) or Dealer Admin (admin). As these names imply, you will be given additional permissions and features as an admin team user in addition to the basic features provided to Bakcou Dealers (Dealer Employees). Bakcou admins and dealer admins are quite similar with a few minor differences throughout the app that will be explained in the course of this documentation.
To login in, navigate to https://bakcoudealer.com. Use the same email address through which you received the welcome email described above. Enter your email and newly reset password to login.
In the case that you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it by navigating to https://bakcoudealer.com and clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be asked to enter your email address. Use the email address that you use to log into the application. You will then be sent a password reset email.
From this email, click on the password reset link. This will take you to a form where you can set up a new password. Be sure to choose something secure and write your password down somewhere you will remember.
Once your password is updated successfully, you should now be able to log into the app.
As either a super admin or admin user, you have access to all of the same features that Bakcou Dealers have access to. Please see the links below to learn more about these features and how they work.

In order to make switching between these dealers more seamless, you have access to a "Current Dealer" dropdown in the navigation bar.
In order to change which dealer is selected as your current dealer, simply choose it from the dropdown options.
