Managing marketing materials

Home Page Marketing Material Slider

At the top of the marketing materials management page is the home page slider manager. In this section, you are able to add and remove marketing materials to the slider and rearrange the order that the slides will appear in the slider.

When adding marketing materials to the slider, you are able to choose an existing file upload OR create a brand new upload.

If you choose to add an existing file upload, please note that the upload must have a featured image before it can be added to the slider.

Basic File Upload

To just upload a file without interacting with the home page slider, you can click the "New Upload" button on the right hand side below the home page slider manager.

Tags

As part of a file upload, you are given the chance to give the upload a tag. This helps with the organization of uploads that are similar to each other. You are able to filter uploaded files based on tags defined. If you do not give a file upload a tag when you create it, you are able to go back and give it a tag on the individual file management page.

Managing a File Upload

To manage an individual file upload, click on its thumbnail in the uploads list. This will take you to the individual file management page where you will be able to edit the various aspects of the file upload.

Manage a file upload

In order to begin editing anything about a file upload, click on the "Edit" button to the right of the file upload title. This will toggle the edit mode on the page and allow you to make updates.

Edit a file upload

In edit mode, you are able to change anything about a file upload you would like- its featured image, title, description, tags and uploaded file.

Removing a File Upload

To remove a file upload, navigate to the all uploads page. Click on the three dots to the top left of a file upload thumbnail.

Remove file upload

Click on "Remove Upload" in the dropdown. Please note that if the upload is part of the home page slider, it will automatically be removed from the slider upon removal.
