Your Bakcou Dealer Portal account will be created by a member of the Bakcou administration teams. Once your account is created, you will receive an email notification welcoming you to the app and giving you more instructions on what to do next.
As per the instructions in the email, go ahead and follow the steps to reset your password. Once your password is reset, you will be ready to log into the app.
From this email, click on the password reset link. This will take you to a form where you can set up a new password. Be sure to choose something secure and write your password down somewhere you will remember.
Once your password is updated successfully, you should now be able to log into the app.
To login in, navigate to . Use the same email address through which you received the welcome email described above. Enter your email and newly reset password to login.
In the case that you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it by navigating to and clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be asked to enter your email address. Use the email address that you use to log into the application. You will then be sent a password reset email.
