Only Bakcou admins (super-admins) have access to the team management features.
From the management portal navigation, select "Manage Teams". This will take you to a page where the full list of Bakcou teams will be shown.
Click on the down arrow to expand the details for any of the teams in the list.
From here you can quickly update the team's name and lead. You can also click on the "Advanced Options" button to be taken to the individual management page for more fine-tuned management of that team.
On the individual management page for a team, you will find several sections for managing various aspects of a team.
In the team name and lead section, you are able to update the name of the team. You are also able to reassign the team lead role to another member of the team. Please note that only current members of the team can be selected as the team lead.
In the associated dealers section, you are able to update which Bakcou Dealers are associated (aka managed) by the team. There is no restriction on how many dealers a team can be associated with, and you are free to mix and match as much as makes sense for your needs.
In the team members section, you are able to see a list of all the current members of the team along with their role on the team. You can remove a team member from the team by clicking "Remove". You can also navigate to their individual employee management page by clicking on the "Manage" link.
In the add team member section, you are able to add team members to a team. Please note that you are only able to add a current user of the application to a team. That is, the person must already have an account with the Bakcou Dealer Portal before they can be added to the team.
In the delete team section, you are able to delete the team. Before deleting a team, you will need to reassign all the team members to a different team or deactivate their user accounts. Once the team member list is cleared, you will then have access to the "Delete Team" button.
To create a new team, click on the "Create New Team" button on the all teams page.
Simply choose a name for your new team and click "Create". By default, you will be the team owner of your new team.
