Management Portal

The Management Portal feature allows Bakcou administration team members to manage the various entities associated with the app. These include Bakcou dealers, employees of those dealers, as well as Bakcou teams.

Depending on your account type, you will have different levels of access within the management portal as follows:

  • Bakcou admins (super-admins) have access to management of all dealers, employees and teams.

  • Dealer admins (admins) have access to management of dealers and employees.

Navigate to the Management Portal

You can navigate to the management portal by clicking the gear icon and then the "Management Portal" link in the top-right of the navigation bar.
